After trying our Women Only Muay Thai, most women tell us that they get a better workout from one of our 1-hour classes than they get in 4-5 trips to a local fitness club/gym. Not only that, our program teaches Muay Thai as both a discipline of self defence and for recreation or competition alike.
You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one! This is a fun and progressive program that anyone can do, and it’s designed to improve not only your fitness level but also your Muay Thai and self defence skills as well.
Our classes are suitable for all skill levels! Working out with your mother or daughter is a great way to bond, and also it’s a great way to spend time with your friends. You are sure to meet new people and make new friends if you are trying the classes out alone. We will guide you through the basics and fundamentals of Muay Thai and gradually work to increase your skill set through the same level-up system that our students and fighters progress through, all while training in a safe and welcoming environment.
